New entrance during mall renovation
Due to renovations, please use our temporary entrance via the stairs near the Letzipark/McDonald’s bus stop (approx. 60 steps).

Parking
Parking is free for the first 3 hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–20:00). Fees apply on Sundays and after hours.
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
Company Holidays
We are closed for company holidays on December 24th, 25th and 31st, as well as January 1st.
Your Event Outside Regular Hours
We accept group, event, and corporate bookings from Monday to Sunday starting at 8 AM. On request, we also offer individual sessions on closed weekdays for an additional fee.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Currently, due to ongoing renovations at Letzipark, there is no elevator access.
